Wow! Be careful when you go out looking at properties with Kathy Anderson! We were planning to downsize in about a year from this Summer. Took one look at a prospective condominium and we were so taken by the view, things just snowballed from there! Between purchasing the condo and getting our home of 33 years ready to put on the market, Kathy was there for us. Couldn’t ask for better professionalism and communication. It was a huge job to downsize & we had a lot of questions. Kathy was there to help calm us down and guide us through the process of both purchasing and selling our beautiful old home.
